Pool View Condo Located at The Sanctuary at False Cape!

Welcome to Seaside Dreams! Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo including a private deck with a direct view of the pool. Take the elevator down and find your toes in the sand in no time! Enjoy a game of air hockey in the living area or head to the fitness area close by. Head to the master bedroom which will include a comfortable King bed and a spacious master bathroom with granite vanity sink, walk in closet, and shower/tub. The second bedroom provides a twin over full size bunk set and another full bathroom located just across the hall. Large gourmet kitchen just off the living and dining area fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and more. Tile flooring throughout as well as granite counter tops and beautiful stainless steal appliances!

PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS POOLS AND FITNESS CENTER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (5/27/2023) THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 2023. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

Seaside Dreams Review

Condo was located in a building right on the beach, which was awesome. Parking is convenient in a garage under the condos, so you don't need to worry about rain when unloading. Condo was clean and is good overall condition. Dishwasher should be replaced as it didn't seem to properly clean the dishes. Other than that, the condo was great and I would stay here again.

The unit was great, just as advertised.

My main complaint is the property management company. All correspondence is via text. Most of the responses were quick; however, finding the unit was the map we were given was impossible. The elevators do not properly list this unit and we were walking around for 45 min trying to find it. There is no one physically on the property to help and none of the other renters had any information. Check out info was texted the day before check out and it did provide all the proper info but I would have preferred to have it all at one time when checking in. But the unit itself was fine. Clean and as advertised.

Very dirty

Couch was covered in stains. Cushions on couch broken down. We covered with sheets. The floors had sand all over them, so they were never washed. The kitchen had two broken can openers, also rusted. Very few cereal bowls, small glasses. We had to run the dishwasher every day. There were clothes from someone in the washing machine. Furniture was old, dresser drawer broken. The screen going out to porch was ripped off a large corner . The bathrooms had stuff from previous renters. All handles were sticky. The bathrooms were clean, the porch was amazing, the towels were good! I would never recommend this place. If it weren’t for the porch, I wouldn’t even give it a 2. We have stayed in Sandbridge for 17 seasons and this was the worst.

Wonderful Location

The condo's are at a wonderful location far enough away from the main hub of Virginia Beach, but close enough to stores for groceries and other essentials you might have forgotten. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the floors and counter tops. After calling the office they sent over staff to address the issues in the mean while I had it covered and took care of sweeping/mopping the floors and wiping down the counter tops. Staff was very apologetic to our concerns. It was unfortunate that the larger pool was not available as waiting for inspection. I will be going back to this location even after a few disappoints we did have a lot of fun.

Our stay

the majority of the elevators were broke down and we were staying on the 3rd floor. The exterminator let himself in while we were in the unit without knocking. I feel like they could of planned that with either notice or when the unit was emptt.

The Best

We enjoy going to different beaches along the east coast for our annual family vacation. This property was the nicest we’ve stayed in. The air hockey and game table kept the teens entertained. The staff did an excellent job keeping common areas like the pool and grills sanitized during these Covid times. Fabulous place!

Family Beach Vacation

The place was nice and spacious and it was not far to get to the beach. Unfortunately for two of the days we were there the main pool closest to our unit was closed due to a pH problem and something broken. Due to Covid they clean all 3 pool from 12-1 and 4-5p which also means we lost access to all but 2 grills on the property during those times. I wish they had staggered the pool cleaning so we had pool time all day. Manager was very responsive to questions though which was good.

Perfect Accommodations For Out Of Towners

This was the perfect place to host family from out of town for our wedding. The check in and out process was smooth and the site was exactly as described. I would definitely rent again!
