« The studio apartment is EXACTLY as pictured and in walking distance to so many places, including the marina, Shore Village, the outlets, beach, convention center, etc. The building is historic and has some charm. The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine. « It's just a short walk to alamitos Beach (3-5 minutes). The place has everything you need for a family like ours. Dorothy was very nice and willing to accommodate our needs which included early check in. »

« The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »

« 4.5 stars for great location and very clean. Being ground level made it a little noisy and exposed when windows were open but has curtains for privacy. »

« The location was great. On-site parking was a huge plus. It’s listed as 2 bedroom and den but is essentially a three bedroom house. Lots of space. There was a pack-n-play in the upstairs closet which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly neighbors/felt very safe. A couple of small cleanliness issues and the front door lock needs to be repaired, but owner was aware/planning to fix. I’d definitely stay here again. »
