« The house is magnificent - very spacious, well-lit and airy, and well-appointed overall. It has a massive living room, a dinning area, and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, microwave, pots and pans, fridge and freezer, mugs and cutlery). « The location is superb - fine views and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the pub and on the route up Pendle Hill. The facilities & equipment were good. The owners were friendly & helpful. We will certainly think about returning.Future guests might like to know the location of the nearest supermarket (we found Booths in Barrowford, 12 minutes away, but there may be others). Detailed instructions of the walk along the lane & then fields across the road to the Sculpture Trail might be useful. »
