« This is the second property owned by the host Vicki. Both properties were beautiful, clean and very well decorated. The host reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Vicki is an incredible host and we will be staying at her properties in the future. « The property was ok. There's no place to sit by the water. No fire pit for a fire. The kitchen has no cooking facilities other than a toaster oven and microwave and a hot plate. A very small refrigerator. The bathroom has such a small stall shower with not much of a spray coming out. The bed was comfortable and we did like that. « Nice spot near a plant nursery and many nooks and crannies in the area. Very close to SUNY Cortland and suited our needs for the event we were attending there. This place would be AMAZING to visit in the fall - the views are gorgeous! »

« The waterfall is the obvious highlight, but the entirety of the cottage is charming in and of itself. From the loft to the fireplace to the bathroom overlooking the falls, everything was the definition of "cozy." Getting lulled to sleep by the rushing water every night and having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the waterfall is something I'll never forget. »
