« This B&B is a hidden gem! We loved the haunted room #12. Loved the pool table, restaurant (good for gluten-free also!) and the location - across from a beautiful swimmable lake and park. It was priced well and the Scottish ambiance and history could not be beat!! »

« Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address...

« This is a great place to stay for families. So much right on the property- hiking, open spaces, awesome views, farm animals, fish pond, trampoline, games. well appointed kitchen for us to prepare a holiday dinner. We will definitely consider staying again. »

« Great secluded property. House was great. The open concept living space was perfect for our group to be together but still spread out. Bedrooms are set up in a functional way. The porch is awesome, spent a lot of time out there. Very happy with our choice to stay here »

« House was warm and welcoming. Beautiful views of the lake. As it appears we stayed during off season, lake traffic was very quiet which we appreciated for quiet nights. Would definitely recommend and host was very responsive. Will definitely looki forward to availability for our next visit. »

« I rented the home for our 30th high school reunion in Homer - there were 6 of us (who traveled from 4 different states) and the house was perfect for us ladies! It was spotless, well-stocked with dishes, towels, linens - even a welcome basket with snacks and waters. The privacy of the place was fantastic, and it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet it is less than 15 mins to the center of Homer. The size of the property was surprising with its HUGE lawn and private pond. My friends...

« Comfortable and cozy cottage on the lake. Very nice location. Boys shared the bunk room and my wife and I rested well on the king bed. My boys and I really enjoyed fishing off the dock - we caught a few sunnies and bluegills - meanwhile, local fishermen by the road caught some monsters! »
