« Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner...

« What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer. »

« The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Host was very helpful finding us things we needed. Communication with the host was very good once we made direct contact, but the communication through Expedia and VRBO was non-existent. Had trouble finding my reservation. Also received notice there was a message from the host but when I went to messages, there was nothing there. Found out later that a message had been sent by the host but it never made it to my inbox. »

« We enjoyed our two-night stay at this property that is conveniently located to downtown Ithaca. Very clean and efficient. Only surprise was the sulphur smell when we turned on the water, which deterred me from showeringThe host provided bottled water, though, and fresh fruit, a small box of pastries, snacks and canned seltzers, which we appreciated. When the power went out to one side of the property and we notified the host, it was turned on within a reasonable time frame. »
