Everything we needed was here. Hot tub, AC, TV's, Kitchen, living room. We were able to tour Ithaca and quickly return to our VERY comfortable accommodations. When we return, we are sure to use this VRBO accommodation again.

Perfect accommodations

Everything was as it should be, wonderful little touches throughout from the host made our stay wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay only minutes from downtown Ithaca.

This was our third stay at Branka’s and once again everything was perfect. It’s our Ithaca home away from home!

The owners thought of everything with this wonderful basement apartment. It was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook dinner. The location was great, just a short drive away from downtown with parking right in front of the house. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was fabulous! The description was very clear - this is down a few stairs but there was no "basement" feel. Thanks for a great home base from which to explore Ithaca!

I stayed for 2 weeks and this apartment was a perfect home away from home. Parking was right out front. The entry was very private and easy to use. Even though the owners live upstairs the apartment felt private. There's a Wegmans nearby so I bought food and cooked breakfast & dinner for myself. My host was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well equipped and the hosts were very kind. We will stay here again when we are in the area. It's a great location for biking, kayaking, and visiting all the waterfalls and state parks in the area.

Clean cozy and comfortable

The host was very nice and made the process pleasant. The property was better than the pictures. It was quiet clean and comfortable. My son and I enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect. It was everything we needed. Extremely clean. If we are ever in Ithaca again we will surely try to stay here. The host was available if we needed, but gave us our privacy. I would absolutely recommend that others stay at this location.

Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again! Branka was an amazing host, very quick with communication, made sure we had everything we needed at check in and even offered an airport pick up (we didn’t need it but was a nice offer). Her place was cozy and comfortable with plenty of lthoughtful touches like snacks, mints on the kitchen table and information on local attractions. We also loved how convenient it is to Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. Thank you Branka!

Great Stay

Our 3 person family visited Ithaca for a concert/long weekend and this was an excellent place for a small family. Everything was clean and tidy. Not "in town" so you don't get the noise of the city, but close enough that it's not an inconvenience to get around if you want to do in town activities.

Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. Close enough to take quick breaks between activities but far enough to feel away from “the grind.” Will definitely be back!

So much better than a hotel!

We enjoyed quite a lovely stay. The apartment was so comfortable, cozy and clean! The hosts were amazing, providing clear communication, both via text/email as well as easy instructions for anything we might need inside the apartment. They thought of everything: from toiletries to snacks and cold waters to full-sized umbrellas by the door. Highly recommended!!

Parents Weekend Stay

We recently traveled to Ithaca for Parents Weekend and had the absolute pleasure of staying at this meticulos property. The hosts communication prior to and at arrival could not have been better. This warm and friendly family makes you feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotless. Every detail is thought of along with snacks, amenities for the bathroom etc. We will be back!

Nice base for exploring Ithaca

Very well maintained and comfortable one bedroom unit in two level residential building. Everything was in great working order, furnishings are new. Pretty ideal for a couple who wants to do some of their own cooking. Owners live on top floor, friendly folks. Jacuzzi and outside table are included in set up.

Perfect Ithaca Trip

It started 2 weeks before our trip. Branka was AMAZING. The communication was excellent and she is so very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, newly re-decorated, and in a perfect location to see the most in the Finger Lakes. We were absolutely comfortable and the little touches throughout the apartment made it even more memorable. Ive already recommended to friends and would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in the finger lakes. We will DEFINITELY be returning
