« We were delighted with our Austinmer escape, the spacious townhouse was very comfortable, thoughtfully fitted out and just 2 minutes to the pool and pretty beach. Lots of local restaurants made our 4 nights perfect and our little dog was happy watching the passing traffic from the front verandah. »

Nowhere in the property description does it explain that the apartment is on the second floor of a building. Tenants must climb two flights of stairs to get to the front door. Another flight of stairs inside to get to the kitchen, with the lounge on the first level, guests must continually navigate the stairs to have drinks or snacks.
