« On arrival receieved free upgrade to 1 bedroom apartment. Lovely and bright! »

« Apartment was spacious but not very clean. Toilet bowl was disgusting, mirrors and balcony were dirty. Bedroom drawers had other people's clothes and things in it. No wifi or hairdryer. »

« Even though it was clean, the ensuite shower dripped constantly and unless the shower door was closed the water went all over the floor. The other shower leaked all over the floor anytime anyone used it. There were ants in the house. There were mice in the backyard from the overgrown backyard. The dryer is not functioning. Towels arrived after we arrived. »

« A nicely decorated hotel, located near wet and wild and the Featherdale animal park. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice lobby with games. However, there is no laundry room, which is definitely a blind spot for a family. Very good restaurant. Défini recommend the breakfast. »

« Clean room and nice staff. Only negative is the parking sold out and it was difficult to find a park in that location. »

« Easy check in and nice tidy room. Good value for the room, although parking was slightly expensive. Breakfast was amazing. »

« Very poor hotel. Very small room and tiny bathroom. Airport shuttle are only for certain time so we had to pay 35$ taxi.Dont go there. »

« Personnels très aidants et de bonne humeur »

« Perfect clean modern small rooms in a great area and a cool vibe »

« Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per...
