« My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. « The owner made it clear in advance that there was basically no facilities. That was no problem for me. I was well prepared and had an enormous field to myself. The owner provided a huge amount of firewood and I enjoyed a nice campfire at night. In the morning, the field was covered in white frosting and wild(?) turkeys was walking through the field. For me, it was a great way to explore the area and avoided most of the eclypse traffic and it was well worth the money! »
