« We found the hosts were very accommodating in regard to communication and particularly with an early checkin. The cottage was clean and the linen provided was of a high quality. We all had a lovely experience and we can't blame the hosts for the weather. :) »

« Avoid this place, I had a horrible experience with this host I stayed at Amaroo Mountaintop Villa for Christmas 2023. The stay itself was pleasant and uneventful. The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. When I contacted the host, they replied with a series of misleading claims, including (1) claiming the bond was never paid, then (2) re-quoting my original invoice, but with higher...
