« Very roomy one bedroom granny suite. Clean with plenty of towels. Nice furnishings and bed.Internet failed one day but was fixed upon notification. There is a very steep driveway and steps in front of the house that you have to get your luggage up to. Also steps from the backyard up to the granny suite. Frying pans in the kitchen need to be replaced as teflon was coming off. This was some thing we noticed at alot of VRBOs.Pool was nice to cool off in and enjoyed it but was not cleaned.Had to...

« We had a wonderful , peaceful stay at the cottage. The only issue was that it was too short but I will stay again. John and Peter are very lovely people and make great hosts. They make themselves available if you need anything. The grounds were awesome, just so pretty and I took quite a few photos of the scenery to use as reference photos for my artwork. I loved the cottage it was so peaceful »

« The cabins were lovely, they provide everything you need to make your own meals which is a big plus. The area is nice and central but feels isolated. It’s 10 mins away from shopping centres and only a short drive to the blue mountains. Highly recommend. »

« Beautiful location and gorgeous accommodation. The perfect place for a relaxing break. Karen and Bob are lovely people and we adored the visits from the friendly dogs. The barn is amazing and we loved the extras like the well stocked bookcase. »

« Lovely cottage, everything was there. Very comfy bed. Lovely to be self contained, home away from home. Super hosts. »

« Our group of two families absolutely loved staying at MudBrick Cottage. The owners were so warm and welcoming, it is an excellent location, and we enjoyed being off-grid with no internet access! The kids had fun on the tennis court. A terrific winter escape. »

It was quiet, central (we had a car) and well equipped. Bathroom is a bit tired, but fully functional. We had a very relaxing 8 days which didn't break the bank. Mary was a wonderful host and the place was beautifully decorated, clean and thoughtfully stocked with all essentials including fruit and breakfast. I enjoyed the quiet drives and local cafes while managing to catch up on some work during my down time. »

« We only stayed the 1 night but would love to head back and explore. The outdoor areas are vast, great for the kids to run around and absolutely stunning view over the creek from a really comfortable viewing deck which we sat with a beer and watched the sunset. We briefly walked down to the creek and used the properties kayaks which we loved. We had a fire next to the cottage and toasted marshmallows such fun. « The house is full of colonial charm with all the comforts. The owners had even laid the table and decorated it with a little Christmas tree. The kitchen was well equipped and even well stocked with some cereals and treats with a kind “help yourself” note. The garden is lovely and gives the feeling of being in the bush when you are conveniently just off the highway. »
