« Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. »

« It was perfect! The first night I slept like 13 hours straight! I used it as a base camp to bounce between Moab and Colorado. It was chef's kiss! It was ideal for both the dogs and me, offering a peaceful and secure environment, complete with a fenced-in yard. Clean, etc. The only downer was the shower water pressure! It was so weak, lol, but small eggs in comparison to price, location, accessibility, etc. »

« While this rental has a lot of charm, the two drawbacks were the 1.) super creaky floors and 2.) the thin walls. One guest was sleeping on the top floor and reported hearing the guest on the main floor flossing their teeth. Most guests slept with ear plugs. Additionally, the expectations for guests to clean up (start towels in laundry, state the dishwasher, take out the trash, etc.) PLUS the charged clean up fee gets old after awhile. We were there less than 24 hours, took care of all of the...
