Located in a strategic position, just a few minutes walk from the city center

The flat offers exposed beams, two spacious double Suites, two large marble bathrooms (one of which is ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen with every comfort and a charming living room with comfortable sofa bed

The flat is 300m far from Ponte Pietra which leads you to city centre, just 200m from the Roman Theater

Free parking with City Pass available!

You will be conducted by a suggestive stairway, through an independent entrance to the flat.

Each Suite has a queen-size bed, with pillows and memory foam mattress (top of the range), the rooms are well separated and enjoy excellent privacy. One of the two bedrooms offers a completely private bathroom and independence from the rest of the house.


The living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is very bright and elegant. There is a table for meals, a sofa bed, a design armchair and a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc. to spend a funny evening.

The living room has direct access to the charming little balcony and an independent entrance to the apartment

Both bathrooms are in marble, equipped with a very spacious shower cabin, hair dryer and courtesy kit with shampoo and shower gel

In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets.

Everything you need to make your stay perfect

There is a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven and microwave, various utensils, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge

The apartment also has a washing machine.

This was the worst condition rental we have ever seen. We left immediately after seeing the condition of this place. The host never showing up was probably a sign of them not giving any care toward this place. It stunk we turned on the water and found the showers never drained. The bed were tilted and seemed to be broken by whomever stayed last. The closet was filled with dirty, used damp towels which caused another stink throughout the place. I tried making a pot of coffee with an ugly moka pot which in turn exploded causing a major burn to my arm and neck Again the host never came to check on us. She sent a Mexican (Spanish) speaking girl who in turned attempted to use the same moka pot causing yet another explosion in the kitchen. Coffee went flying 20 feet front the vent on the side of the pot. There were literally no utensils, no dishes or wine glasses. The dishwasher had dirty dishes. WE LEFT AND THE HOST REFUSES TO REFUND US. Please don’t stay here. BEWARE. BEWARE. WE reported them to VRBO AND now out CC COMPANY.

Right Across the River from the Centro Antica
The apartment is ideally located in that you can walk across the bridges to the centro antica and is located in a very old building that offers both solitude and a sense of place. The apartment is delightful and well appointed and in great shape. The host was incredibly responsive and communicated beautifully. Note that we previously lived in Italy for an extended period time but her responsiveness would be ideal for new visitors. There is a neighborhood market within 5 minutes walking time and a full supermarket less than 10 minutes walking time. The kitchen does need some attention with regards to organizing sufficient and logical glassware and plates etc. Note that while there is a washing machine there was no drying rack so we bought one for 12 euros which solved that problem.

Just book it!!!!
I know when planing your vacation it’s easy to over analyze everything, we’ll you don’t have to on this apartment. It was amazing! Sleeps 6 comfortably, the 2 bathrooms are great. The ac works amazingly. In walking distance to everything. Once you check in you get a blue city parking pass and it was easy for us to find parking around the apartment. The road in front of the house is pretty narrow, I would recommend finding a parking spot on via Santa chiara in a blue spot near the cross street the house is on. You must eat pizza at Ristorante Redentore a short walk from the apartment. And when your in old Verona you must eat at La taverna di via stella make a reservation this is where the Italians eat trust me it was amazing and make a reservation. Go to piazzale castel San pietro for a beautiful view of the city. And check show schedules at piazza del foro. Oh and for an amazing sandwich in old Verona go to la prosciutteria Verona it’s in the market area if fontana madonna verona. And visit chiesa di santo Stefano in walking distance. Enjoy your trip. The host of this house is always reachable and accommodating.. just book it!!

Nightmare! Several issues wrong with the apartment. 2 other VRBO rentals this trip. No PROBLEMS!!
Arrived on a hot day. The AC was not functioning. We called the owner. The remote, for the AC was not working. The owner had us walk half a mile to a store to get the batteries changed out. This was after she had us try to exchange the batteries with the remote controls from the TV. We took all three remotes to the assigned store. The man had to clear out the corrosion from the batteries and replace all three devices. I had to pay €10 for repair. Got back to the flat after traveling all day from Chamonix the remote control was now operational, but the AC only put out hot air when it sporadically tried to work. The Host said a repair man would be there after 6 PM. This went on for 30 minute intervals all night until 9:30 PM. she said he was not coming until 10:30 tomorrow.we did not get to go out for dinner. we had no dinner and felt like we were having to take care of all her problems. We are only in Verona for 4 nights, and lost one.Other problems:1 bed was so slanted downward we had to level mattress by putting blankets, pillows, etc, on top of boxspring. Sofa bed filthy crumb/stains (Vacuumed +2 sheets). Floors:dirty.Mold in shower. barstools frayed & rickety. Host was atrocious! “no one else complained”. Found 4 Norwegian passports(2 adults, 2 children) reported to Host & VRBO.Host told us to throw them away. (Photos sent). VRBO agent did not seem concerned re: passports or our experience. My Bank is handling the refund. I hope VRBO reviews. We asked for supervisor.

Seemed like a good location. Unfortunately no hot water on arrival and no hot water available until nearly check out time. Our cell phones (3) had difficulty locating server for navigation while trying to find apartment. Not fair to really evaluate as the communication truly put us on the back foot. Unfortunate for the apartment owner and ourselves. As you may recall this was the day of severe flooding to the east of Italy

The perfect area to stay close to all the major attractions. Federica was a wonderful host who stayed in touch with us via text, and the flat was exactly as we expected from their description (including a a well stocked kitchen and clean linens). Awesome location
We so enjoyed our stay at Frederica’s. The location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. We stayed 5 days & never had to take a bus or taxi. The washing machine was a great asset as we were between 2 tours so we got all our laundry done for our next adventure. Our only issue was keys. We had fun trying to figure out what key opened what door. It turned into a real guessing game - lol. All in all our stay was great & I’d highly recommend staying in this lovely location.

A good place to stay
After some difficulty with the location and entrance to the property due to our travel exhaustion, we found the property to our liking. It was immaculate and comfortable. One improvement we suggest is more information available for those new to Verona and the area. We would stay again.
