« Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. « Really nice place in a really nice spot! The host only communicated when necessary. Walking distance to the beach and plenty to do in the area. Only downside was the bathroom smelled strongly of sewer gas. »

« So many things wrong. One bathroom was unavailable and under construction with feminine products left in the toilet. It seems someone was living or staying within the sliding glass room on the side of the home. A loud tv was playing from there but no one answered and the door was locked. Did not see any garage parking. Ice maker was frozen and silver fish were on the counter. No reply from the owner when we attempted to contact after arriving, so we left after two hours. »
