« The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon. »

« John was a nice host, he was very fast to answer any questions we had. The house is nice. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped. Beach is a 5 min walk from the house (not the best beach though). There is a fantastic butcher (Cut) just 300m from the house. A few drawbacks: the pool is very small (looks bigger on the pictures), a LOT of noises around the house at night (you NEED earplugs to sleep), water in the shower is very weak. Overall a good experience but I would choose another...

« I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico...

« Small and cozy, most everything worked well with a few minor issues like bathroom sink slow to drain, no place to hang towels, washer leaking a bit. Overall, a functional place to stay in Guaynabo area that is well priced. »

« The host is so kind and considerate. Very willing to help. It is an apartment connected to host house. Has two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The backyard is beautiful with a garden, grill, patio area. The coquis are such a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Gated community with playground for little ones. Relatively close to ceiba ferry. »

« My family and I stood at this location for 9 days. It was perfectly located. It’s not far from the airport, and close to everything in the metropolitan area, so getting around, and venturing out was easy.Angel, the owner is a great communicator and he is very easy to contact. He is quite helpful.The house itself is very nice. Care and detail has been put into it. As soon as you walk in there is a small table with a binder with the rules that should be followed.
