Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, près du Stanley Park, calme. Points négatifs: 1) les 3 TV ne fonctionnaient pas, même après en avoir informé le personnel. 2) il ne faisait pas chaud dans l’appartement. Les fenêtres n’étaient pas hermétiques, pas de double vitrage.

oui mais ....
Nous étions 4, et y avons passé 4 nuits. C’est un très bon hôtel et calme, bien placé à côté du parc, proche de commerces à pieds et à un prix correct pour un appartement hôtel. Cependant je ne met pas 5 étoiles car l arrivée à été compliquée car nous sommes arrivés après les heures officielles et que code d’accès ne nous avais pas été communiqué. D’autres part en novembre , il fait un peu froid dans l’appartement. Il faudrait changer les fenêtres. J’espère que ces remarques aideront à améliorer

Établissement avec un service impeccable, vraiment bien situé, èa deux pas de Stanley Park et èa 5 minutes èa pied de tous les commerces et du réseau de pistes cyclables, et de la plage d'English Bay. Le décor et l'aménagement est vieillot, mais le tout est super bien équipé, propre et il y a beaucoup d'espace.

Awesome location and cosy apartment
Great location a few minutes from Stanley park and from English Bay. Restaurants and Safeway close by. Very peaceful area. The apartment was very confortable and we felt at home. Make sure you get one at least on the 2nd floor (much nicer). Would go back !

A good address to know and remember
Location is amazing : almost inside the Stanley Park and close to night life. Rooms are well equiped and very warm and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and nice :)

Idéalement situé
Hôtel idéalement situé entre Stanley Park et la Denman street (quartier vivant pleins de restaurants et de magasins) L’hôtel est dans un quartier très calme. L’hôtel est fantastique et le personnel très avenant. Je conseille cet hôtel. J’y retournerai.

The best thing about this property is the location. The actual facility is old and a bit run down. The parking garage is tiny so if you have an SUV its not ideal. The beds were incredibly firm. There is no thermostat in the room, just old furnace units. We were able to turn them off and open all the windows to regulate the temp better. We enjoyed our time but again that had everything to do with the location. We will be looking for other accommodations next time.

Thank you for sharing. WE are so sorry regarding housekeeping service. Guest did not get services due to, or maybe have 'DND' sign, that housekeeping will not enter suite. And Rosellen Suite do try to save water due to storage, that why we do not provide daily service, unless guest's request. Once again, thank you and we will do better in the future.

Do not book here unless you enjoy giving away your money and getting nothing in return. Expedia said that I could check in until midnight. I messaged the hotel at 8 pm to tell them I'd be coming in at 11 pm, nobody answered. Their phone was off and not taking messages. A note on their website said that the office closes at 5 pm and that we should contact them before 5 to get the lockbox code. They could have emailed or texted me the code when I first booked, but didn't. There was no way to reach them or to get into the room I had prepaid. I had to find somewhere else to stay at 10:30 at night when I arrived in Vancouver. I have emailed the hotel and Expedia to request a refund but have heard nothing.

All reservation we did send out code thru Expedia, or inquiry guest to contact Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park directly once reservation had made, or before check-in. We did not know why you did not received any information, also, we did not have your e-mail contact you directly. We will do better working with Expedia in the future.

The property is located in decent location. That's all the positives. Coming to negatives, not stroller friendly. We had to get kids out of double stroller every time we need to get in or out, very inconvenient. One of property managers - I think his name is Kent is extremely weird. Among all the conversation, I can mention two of them. One was while running in lobby (which I guess toddlers do often) my child bumped into the lampshade pile they kept in middle of narrow walkway. He asked me to keep watch on my child instead of apologizing for keeping stuff where it doesn't belong. Secondly, we requested for some tea bags they kept on first day of stay and he arrogantly advised to get it from outside. On one of times while passing through the lobby, we heard him offering some other guests extra coffee bags if they would like.. so it came out a bit rascist to us. It was not content but tone that was starking - never heard such a tone in any of the properties we stayed so far. Among all of them, only one of managers Dinesh seemed decent and willing to listen. NOT WORTH THE COST and LOCATION. would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.

We stay here annually as it is close to family and we don't need to rent a car. Walking distance to everything in the west end of down town. The staff are lovely and it is always a home away from home.

We’ve stayed here many times. The property is aging and needs a facelift but it’s inexpensive and right next to Stanley Park. The rooms are clean and are actual apartments (the property was an apartment building before Expo ‘86) so they are much larger than a comparable hotel room for the price. The copper leaf doors to every room and the vintage elevator gives the place a ‘50’s vibe. Denman St is steps away with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Try Aussie Pies.

Area is very convenient, but the property toooooo old. Doors not open properly, underground parking toooo narrow, front desk people hard to reach, cleaning person you have to ask them to clean, otherwise they won’t come.

This is a prime location, a hidden gem! Safeway and No Frills are within walking distance for your groceries, Lost Lagoon and the seawall are so close to walk to, and the local restaurants are amazing to eat at! Lots of variety! If you’re looking for modern bathrooms and kitchens as your first choice in a suite, this isn’t it. But it is very clean. I didn’t care that the hotel was dated. I had an amazing stay and the staff were very friendly! It truly felt like home away from home!

It was very clean and close to many shops and the water. It was a bit dated and our microwave didn’t work but otherwise it had everything we needed.
