The apartment certainly met our needs as we were in town for a few days exploring prior to a cruise. Location was fantastic and in a very safe building. It was a great space and very clean. We did experience some issues with getting the key as apparently the prior people did not return itā€¦ā€¦Maggie was quick to respond and it was resolved asap. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend

Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. Maggie communicated well and it was a very enjoyable stay, Vancouver has a lot to offer!

Our stay was just as advertised. A clean and quiet suite with everything we needed. Close to many amenities (grocery/alcohol etc) and an easy walk to the Aqua bus and other attractions. There was no Kleenex or face cloths - but otherwise had everything we needed Good communication with our host who responded to my inquiries. Thank you

This was our first VRBO experience, so I might be a little unfair, but it would have been a lot easier to stay at a hotel for the one night before our cruise. We did not clearly understand that we had to go to a 7-11 to get the key. Then didnā€™t realize the key had a fob needed to enter the building. We knocked on window and a security guard explained the process to us. Upon leaving, we had to have the driver take us back to the 7-11 to return the key. It felt like a lot of work for a one night stay.

if you arrive after dark TAKE A TAXI FROM GETTING YOUR KEY TO THE CONDO. The area where you get your key can be questionable. We arrived after 7 eleven closed thank god the guy was cleaning up he let us in to get the key. We walked to the condo with our luggage at 1130pm alot of homeless and druggies hanging around. some seem to have some kind of mental issues. during the day we spent down near the port. Great shops and restaurants. Bringing the key back during daylight was not a issue. It would be a lot easier if they used the keyless entry that is already installed on the door.

The property is in a great location; however it is very close to a hospital which appears to be a hub for ambulances and first responders. You will constantly have sirens blaring day and night. We only had one key fob which meant if one person went out, you were kinda trapped. It limited the freedom to come and go as individuals.

This small studio apartment is great for one or two people. It shares a courtyard with the Sheraton and the view is fantastic. It's central location is perfect. We walked to Granville Island one day and Gastown the next. We did not have a car so I can't speak to that. The host Maggie was fantastic and very helpful. The only possible issue is that the keys are in a lockbox roughly 4 blocks away. That means a taxi or Lyft has to make 2 stops. We walked from the train station so it was no problem.
