La experiencia ha sido súper buena, una casa increíble , muy preparada para gente joven, donde poder hacer cenas, fiestas, con mucho espacio. El dueño de la casa te pone facilidades para todo, la recomiendo 100%

Abbiamo soggiornato per il week end dedicato alla gare dell'IronMan70.3, eravamo in 8, 6 adulti e 2 bambini. La struttura molto comoda ed elegante è dotati di ampi spazi. Il proprietario super gentile ci ha accolto e supportato in tutte le nostre esigenze. La struttura, posizionata nel tranquillo quartiere di Nazaret, non è in centro, ma molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni.

Nice large house
Super nice house with "unusual" elements (kicker, pool table, piano, super large TV/Cinema style). 3 large bedrooms, one large living/dining room. Nespresso Coffee. Super nice host, very helpful. a bit outside of Valencia but you can get into town easy by car.

La casa es muy grande con un patio fantástico y habitaciones muy amplias,camas cómodas y con un billar y fútbolin para pasar el rato.La comunicacion con el dueño genial y rápida. Cerca del oceanographic andando.

Amazing find!
Really loved our stay in this listing, with perfect arrangements for a big group of friends. The apartment is clean, spacious with pool table, gym, cinema and hundreds of games on the TVs. Loved it!! :)

Spacious, fun and full of character
We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very thoughtful and made a point of creating a truly special place including games galore. The parking is plentiful in this close in location which is hard to find in Valencia. We would definately stay again.

Great accommodation for us.
The large house has good access and parking and Vincenzo is a wonderful host who looked after us. The teenage boys enjoyed the games and super large screen and the kitchen had enough to let us have Christmas lunch at ‘home’. There is a tram nearby and bike hire so we had our independence but it is a ‘local’ area and restaurants nearby are limited. We ate a fantastic meal at restaurant Tropical on Playa Pinedo and generally were able to enjoy Valencia from this location. Please check it out on maps, we had a car and we did need it for the older members of the group (88 yrs old!). Overall we had a great stay and the accommodation did not disappoint.

Great house!
We had a blast! This house is so full of goodies it was to get out. It's not in the best neighborhood compared to city center, but the size of the house, the friendliness of the owner, the quality of the equipment, TV's, etc. and the proximity to the train easily compensate. Would recommend anytime.

I also love that the Valencia government has chosen to make this neighborhood (next to the beaches, and the City of Arts and Sciences) as a new shining star. 50+ projects have already been completed in the last 3 years. Amazing house with a super star host!
We stayed as a family of 5 with our kids ranging from 8 till 13. The house is very spacious, luxurious, new, and clean. The kids loved the pool table, table football, piano, and above all the 166 inch cinema screen to watch movies. We almost had a hard time getting them out of the house to go and explore Valencia :) Our kids are often easily bored but we did not have this issue during this stay at all! There are supermarkets and an amazing bakery on walking distance to get yourself a nice breakfast or ingredients to make your own dinner in the modern, fully functioning kitchen. If you decide you do not want to make your own dinner, nor want to go out then Uber Eat will deliver a wide range of food to your door. The beach is a 5 minute taxi ride away and the heart of the city centre is around 15 minutes by taxi. One day we decide to walk to the city centre which takes roughly an hour but takes you throught the beautiful stretched park in Valencia passing the acquarium and some musea with amazing architecture. We definitely found it worth the walk. Last but not least, Vincenzo, the owner is amazing, very friendly, open, and helpful. He made us feel welcome from the moment we came in till the moment we left. If you are staying in Valencia we would definitely recommend this place!
