Ce n'est pas un hôtel style plutôt chambres d'hôtes. Très bon emplacement en plein vieux centre de valencia. Un seul bémol extrêmement bruyant. A eviter lorsqu il y a des fêtes ou si l'on vient vraiment pour se reposer. Sinon l'endroit est tip top pour la visite et le shopping.

Very spacious and lovely apartment, located within walking distance of many attractions. Bus is close also. The owners are amazing in their caring service and made sure we felt safe and that we had a great stay. There are many stairs, so be prepared. Also the street sounds of Valencia at night are heard, though we didn’t mind, some might. We had a wonderful time and we’re at home at Bubuflats Mossen. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay
Valencia is an amazing city with so much to see and do! Bubuflats is in a vibrant and lively part of the city. We stayed in a beautiful apartment which was our base for lots of exploring. A nice stroll around the area reveals lots of bars and restaurants within its winding streets and many must see places ( such as the cathedral ) only a short walk away. The host made us very welcome and was very kind allowing a slightly later than planned check in and arranged a taxi to and from the airport. It was such a happy holiday for us.

We really liked the location. It was ideal to go anywhere for tours or dining. We walked everywhere. The host was really helpful. I would only mention that the shower facility could’ve been better. But it was overall a great place for us.

Gefallen hat mir die Lage mitten im Quartier. Restaurants ganz nahe, Supermarkt auch. Am meisten gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterfamilie, die alle sehr um mein Wohl besorgt waren.

A gorgeous apartment in a great location, in the heart of the atmospheric old town. There are lots of small, local shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The hosts are really friendly and helpful, and the key handover arrangements were very straightforward. Airport transfers and bike hire are also available. I love the city and the apartment, and will definitely return!

El problema es que no esta clara la información de la accesibilidad , tiene escaleras , y además muy incómodas, de lo que no se informa,!Nos cambiaron de un tercer piso al primero por ese motivo, y gracias a la atención de el sr Juan que fue amable.

Toda la información de nuestros establecimientos está claramente especificada , solo hay que fijarse bien a la hora de hacer la reserva .

A really good place to relax and be a part of the city. The owners are very nice and helpful. Location is great, in the middle of historic Valencia. If you're visiting and have a car with you, be sure to figure out parking ahead of time, as the area as a whole wasn't built with cars in mind.

Lovely spacious property within easy walking distance of attractions. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and owners were informative and friendly. Plumbing could be a bit noisy at times probably due to it being a historic building. Would definitely recommend

¿qué no me gustó? NADA. En general el apartamento es más bonito de lo que aparece en las fotos que son tomas parciales, está decorado con un gusto exquisito y super original. En una zona inmejorable y con todas las comodidades, tiene un encanto especial. Y Marina y Reno como anfitriones fueron super amables, facilitandome la entrada a una hora anterior a la prevista. Un loft totalmente recomendable para tener un tiempo especial y lleno de experiencias super positivas. Muy muy bien.

Wir haben einen schönes Wochenende im Appartment Bubu9 erlebt. Das Appartment hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir haben zu viert im Appartment gewohnt. Das Schlafsofa war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist nur sehr minimal ausgestattet, aber wenn man in einer Stadt wie Valencia ist, sollte man zu Hause auch nicht kochen, sondern die umliegende Tapas Bars besuchen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt in der Altstadt von Valencia, zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir möchten uns auch bei MARINA sehr bedanken. Sie hat uns zahlreiche Tips über die Stadt, zB wo man sehr gute Paella und Tapas essen kann usw. gegeben. Wir konnten Sie während des gesamten Aufenthalts über Whatsapp erreichen und hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank!

The apartment shown above was not the one we were given. we asked for a bath and got a useless shower which did not work properly there was 56 STAIRS to get to your front door The place was not somewhere we would recommend

De locatie is geweldig. Het appartement ligt midden in de wijk el Carmen een leuke wijk die opgeknapt en steeds hipper wordt en allemaal kleine eetgelegenheid en winkeltjes kent. Loopafstand naar het oude centrum. Nadeel is dat het appartement wat wij hadden op de derde verdieping lag en alleen per trap toegankelijk.

Beautiful place. Everything was put and arrange really carefully. It has a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. Perfect for families or a couple. But just keep in mind there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so if you have a baby with stroller or reduce mobility will be difficult.

One night stay in Valencia
Host was friendly and met us at the arranged time, showed us everything in the flat and how it all works. Flat is lovely with everything you will need - full kitchen, laundry and bath room. A little hard to locate the flat. Area has many eateries and a short walk to main city and rail station (20 minutes). Overall was a nice, secure place to stay overnight.

spacious apartment in Barrio Carmen
We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this spacious apartment in the old town, which was convenient to the central market and other sights. Host was friendly and helpful. Loved that the windows opened onto a smaller market hall to let in fresh air and light. However, those with sensitive noses or are light sleepers should note that the bedroom door can creak loudly; Valencians are known to party until dawn so they may be loud beneath the windows; the smell of sewage is relatively strong in the bathroom (but this isn't something the hosts can control). Also, the floor leading to the bathroom was damaged, which may potentially be a trip hazard but we didn't have any issues. Hopefully that will be fixed in the near future! Overall, not sure we'd stay again, but not because of the apartment itself; we might stay somewhere closer to the train station because the wending streets make it kind of hard to find a cab when you really need one (like in the rain trying to get to the train station!) and the nearest metro stations are a 15-min walk.

Great place to stay.
Great apartment with comfortable bed and living area. Good kitchen and bathroom. Just outside is a great little tapas restaurant with a market next door. There are other good bars in the area and the central market is a short walk away. The park is also nearby and makes for a lovely walk.
