Front office standards have dropped significantly and I can say that because I have been staying at Sayaji near Bimanith bridge for the past 6 years consequently and at times twice a year, the service level when it first opened was exceptional unmatched and second to none wow everyone delivered exceptional exceptional service at the front desk but one bad Apple spoiled the whole overall experience. Door lock never repaired, refrigerator was replaced but new unit worked poorly, spots on all furniture, served water in bottles with seals broken, reception staff not friendly, difficult to understand and and answers were incomplete.

Excellent Vegetarian breakfast. Staff would come over very quickly for any room service request. Reception were very helpful in giving us extra time to check out.

Hallways too noisy for me
The room was large, but very hot when we got in. There were no towels in my room so I had to call down after my shower, which was annoying. Overall it was comfortable enough for a night stay, but the hallways were very echoey - you could hear everyone walking, talking and slamming their doors. Because of the noise factor I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Excellent service
The service at this hotel was impeccable--concierge was right on--great restaurant recommendations, drivers were polite and accommodating. I stayed in the suite--nice and spacious and serviceable but the bed and sheets were not of high quality--but that was to be expected in a smaller city like Baroda. It was just fine for a one-night's stay while on a business trip.

Not really a “Western” hotel but more of a local experience and enjoyable for it. Restaurant is simple but the Indian buffet was really good, authentic local food really well done. Rooms were ok. I was there only one night and it was perfectly good for that. Could possibly lack some facilities for a longer stay. Service and personnel were very good and friendly.

綺麗で安心して泊まれるホテルでした
ディワリ期間にも関わらず、当日のディナー予約にも対応していただきました。フロントでの説明も丁寧で良かったです。部屋も綺麗で、無料のお菓子などもついていました。 夕食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、料理の種類は多数ありました。また味も良かったです。もう少しインド料理以外があると嬉しいです。
