We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. « What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast.
