« My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and the lake made it even better, I would definitely book the house again maybe in June. My only observation would be no broom or mop, I understood no shoes in the house but I would still love to have cleaned a little better b4 we left but all in all a beautiful memory to have celebrating my son's life. « I have to say I was soooo surprised at how comfee & cozy I was at this property. First of all it was the coldest day of the year & the staff was so accommodating & friendly. They allowed me to check in early, provided extra towels & blankets… it was clean & has a great free breakfast.. if staying in the poconos I’d highly recommend »

« If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal.
