« AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. « Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »
