« Horrible! Lost power the one night - they didn’t know why. No storms. It was just the one block. The staff ( one person) was not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. I was there for work, WiFi didn’t work. Never recommend this place. No apologies about the loss of power, wasn’t willing to do partial refund. I’m going to dispute my credit card. »

« Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. »

« This is the fourth of fifth time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful property. The rooms and lobby are a step above a typical Hampton. Be careful not to get a room on the road if you are a light sleeper. »

« Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! »
