(15 miles), the twin villages of Appledore and Instow (13.5 miles) and the surfer’s paradise, Saunton Sands (17 miles).
Original panelling in dark, attractive wood, ancient beams and stone-flagged flooring have been lovingly maintained in this 700-year-old cottage. The largest is a fantastic super-king-size with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with its very own freestanding bathtub. Equally as appealing, two twin rooms can also be found on this floor, each served by a refreshing and spacious family shower room.
