« The location of the villa was great and very convenient. However, there was A/C only in the two bedrooms and not in the living room, which was uncomfortable, especially when spending time in the common areas. The bathroom was also a bit outdated. On the positive side, Letty, one of the housekeepers, was absolutely wonderful. She was very welcoming, sweet, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. »

« The villa is perfect for families. So much room for privacy, yet you can still all be together. Incredibly well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkeling equipment, coolers, bug spray, kitchen spices. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about three minutes with a beautiful, canopied path. « Wonderful family beach especially for young children ( our grandkids are 3-7 ages) and awesome to have the view and walk out to beach but it is not private. You have 10 reserved chairs on a very busy public beach. We do believe that due to windy conditions on Grace Bay many travelers and locals knew this was a much calmer side and protected beach is perhaps why so busy). We had to daily ask people to move and explain these are reserved chairs for renting the house. They loved having the pool...

« Great place »

« The villa is in a nice, secluded spot with direct access to calm, shallow water that’s ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. We enjoyed jet skis, relaxing by the pool, and having a private chef during our stay. MJ, the house manager, was attentive and very responsive throughout. This was our third time staying here, and it was another great experience! »

« First and foremost, Marta was very communicative with me about ten days before my trip. She have me exact directions on how to get to the villas from the airport. When we arrived, Mike immediately showed us the villa and welcomed us with some beers and gave us the spots to visit (Somewhere, Bob's Bar, and Sunset Beach) and how to get to Graceway IGA. Marta and Mike also gave us tips on how to get around via island driving (how to negotiate the roundabouts). The villa was perfect for our needs....
