« This is our third time visiting Turks & Caicos and second time staying in a VRBO on Chalk Sound. The Villa on Chalk Sound was perfect. The back decks, pool, with access to the sound was amazing. « The house itself is beyond beautiful and amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. It has everything you could want and being right on the water with kayaks and SUPs available is a great perk. It’s immaculately clean and in a little gated neighborhood. The pool and outside areas are perfect. The only downside is the location is quite a ways away from everything else and nothing is walkable. But if you want an amazing house with every amenity this place is perfect. »

« Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!! »

« This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Would say to rent a car if you want to go to town but that is easy enough to do at the airport. »
