Nous avons, sans le savoir et sans que nous soyons informés de facon complete, reserve a l hotel où logaient des dignitaires d un evenement du G7. Le secteur et l hotel etaient cernes par la police et devions subir une fouille a chaque entree dans l’hotel. Avoir su, nous aurions evité ce secteur. Nous trouvons que l hotel a manqué de transparence. Sinon, l hotel est impeccable et le service tres courtois.

Le personnel est ok mais on attend peut être un peu plus d’un 4*. Petit bémol sur le parking. Le 1er niveau en sous sol est dédié à l’hôtel (25€). Places limitées. Si il n’y en a plus, tant pis pour vous !! Il restera les autres étages, payant également.

Hôtel idéalement placé vers basilique, palazzo Reale et Madame. A côté d'une place pleine de restaurant. Petit-déjeuner fantastique avec l accueil de la gentille Eleonora qui était aux petits soins de ma mère très âgée.

Très bel hôtel parfaitement équipé et très bien situé dans le cœur historique de Turin. 2 petits bémols : climatisation bruyante (et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car l’hôtel donne sur une rue relativement bruyante jusqu’à une certaine heure) et une seule vasque pour une chambre double.

Salut a tous ! Cet hôtel est incontestablement exceptionnel. Très bien situé. Le service est attentionné, de haut niveau et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons opté pour la totale soit la chambre avec vue panoramique sur le lac et nous n’avons pas regretté une seule seconde. Et sans oublié la magnifique terrasse directement sur l’eau et avec accès à l’eau pour la baignade. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est aussi de grande qualité !

En plein centre historique
Excellent séjour Un seul bémol : que la femme de ménage se permette de nous glisser un avis sous la porte à dix heures du matin pour nous dire qu’elle n’avait pas pu faire la chambre vue la mention « ne pas déranger ». À dix heures du matin….sachant que nous n’avions pas pu avoir ladite chambre avant 15h…alors que l’hôtel était loin d’être complet ! C’est un peu abuser ! Sinon tout est parfait, beau et proche de toutes commodités. N’hésitez pas à prendre le petit déjeuner aux alentours. Beaucoup moins cher et beaucoup plus typique.

Très bel établissement, très bien situé, beaucoup de charme. Personnel au petit soin. Très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Le seul bémol, la chambres nous a été décrite comme une chambre avec 3 lits simples, mais le troisième lit était un lit d'appoint - certe très confortable - plutôt mal placé.

Excellent hôtel !! Aucun bruit alors que l on se trouve un ville ! Chambre spacieuse, belle et literie de très grande qualité ! Personnel très agréable, notre Calie (chien) a eut le droit à un panier XXL et une gamelle Le petit déjeuner est délicieux Et pour finir on avait l équipe de foot de la Lazio ! La classe ! Bref allez y
