Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, wonderful stay
Shangri la Rasa Ria lives up to its reputation - a 5 star hotel with excellent, warm staff! The beach is lovely and the facilities are top. We had to use the clinic during our stay, and everything was very efficient and comforting. Kudos to the entire staff who make up the heart of this hotel with their friendliness and attentiveness.

Beautiful, huge property. 4 restaurants, food ok and expensive .2 great pools and right on the beach. As a note...... it's very, very hot so the ocean is really warm. We ended up sitting by the pool.

This was the best service I had in all my travels! Also, it was calm, no loud music, not too much tourists, giant beach with no one on it sometimes! The staff was so nice and professional! The room was excellent. Perfect place to relaxe.

Good size room and lovely view from balcony. Pool was perfect temperature, there were plenty of loungers, and beach was clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast spread. Filteted water easily available in line with their no single use plastic policy.

Die Gartenanlage und der Pool wirklich wunderschön. Das Meer zum baden war gar nicht so toll, denn der Strand war sehr sehr breit, es hatte sehr viele Sandflöhe die Stiche haben uns noch zu Hause gejuckt. Oft hatte es auch Quallen und das baden war nicht erlaubt. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelen, in die Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 1 Stunde. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, da riesige Abluftrohre zu Dauerlärm führen und die Aussicht war auch nicht schön, eine Strasse und Technikräume... Wir waren ca. 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft.

2번째 방문하였습니다. 시설 수준이나 분위기 나 너무 좋았고 4박 내내 리조트내에서 편히 쉬다 갑니다. 채크아웃할 때까지는 기분이 좋았으나... 청소중 현금 절도 의심사안이 있어(동일권종이 수장 있는 경우 1~2장만 빼내는 수법으로 그 즉시 의심하지 못했고 귀국직전 현금 정산시 부족분이 확인되었기에 정확한 혐의날짜 특정이 어렵고 증거가 없어 그냥 떠납니다. 미화 100불 1장, 한화 5만원 1장, 50링깃 2장..) 금고를 이용하는등 소지품 관리가 필요할 것으로 보입니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The level of service provided by the staff at this hotel is truly unparalleled. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. I have never experienced such exceptional service at any other hotel before. What impressed me even more was the wide range of amenities and activities available at this hotel. It truly caters to everyone’s interests and preferences. そろそろテコ入れが必要だと思う
始めて行く空港という事もあり、コタキナバル空港からはKlook経由で送迎業者を手配しました。ちなみにコタキナバル空港内にセブンイレブンが出来ました。 ガーデンウィングとオーシャンウィングは別々にエントランスとレセプションがあるのですが、出入りする送迎業者にはオーシャンウィング側のエントランスはあまり認識されていません。ここはホテル側からももうちょっとサジェストして欲しい所です。 今回、オーシャンウィング側のガーデンビューのお部屋を手配しましたが、2階の実質オーシャンプールビューでした。1階にはあまりお客さんを入れていないようです。実質バスタブが外側にあるだけの状態になってまして、昼間は外から丸見えになりますので、あまり使い勝手がよくありません。一応電動ブラインドで隠せるようにはなってはいますが…。 オーシャンウィングの宿泊客は専用プールが使えますが、子供がワイワイしてしまいますのでどうも落ち着きません。オーシャンウィング側のプールは12歳以上限定にした方がいいのでは。あと、日差しがきつい事もあり、プールの水がぬるくなってしまってます。シャワーの水の方が冷たいほどです。プールチェアの数には余裕がありますので、座れる場所がないという事にはまずならないかと思います。 あまり期待していなかった夕食ビュッフェですが、かなりお勧めです。シーフードの提供もありますし、単体メニューで提供しているものと同じ食材を使ってます。ゴールデンサークルに入会していない場合、盛んに入会を勧められますが、ビュッフェ代金が25%引きになるバウチャーももらえますので、この機会に入会するのもいいかと思います。また、ゴールデンサークルは2年間未利用だとアカウントが休止状態になってしまいますので、メールアドレスでサインイン出来ない時は携帯番号で登録しましょう。生年月日の登録はオプション扱いになっています。あと、バーに関してはガーデン側のバーではなくてロビーラウンジのバーをお勧めします。お酒が好きな方にはそちらの方が本格的なものを頂けます。売店もありますが、近隣にお店がない事もあり、ホテル内物価はコタキナバルでも高い目です。ショッピングモールへの無料バスもありますが、往復で半日つぶれてしまいますので、使うとしても1週間以上滞在するときぐらいでしょうか。 自然保護区のアクティビティ(ナイトトレッキング)にも参加しましたが、目の前で自然の動物に触れることができますのでお勧めです。レンジャーさんの同伴がないと自然保護区には入れませんので、事前に予約しておきましょう。 事前に調べていて、Grabのエリア内であることは確認できたのですが、場所が辺鄙な事もありすぐに来てくれないのではと心配していました。ですが、ホテルの敷地内で待機してくれている運ちゃんがいましたので、すぐに来てくれました。 開業当初は先駆的なホテルだったのですが、時間も経過して古さの方が目立つようになってしまっています。そろそろリノベーションなりのテコ入れを検討された方がいいと思います。個人的にはバスタブをプールに替えてほしいです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Years. We had two ocean wing connecting ground floor rooms for our family of seven and they were spacious and great. Highly recommend Ocean Wing for the private reception, more attentive service, breakfast options and quieter pool although the ocean wing is far from all kids activities. We had an issue with beach golf but the staff apologized and more than made up for it with ensuring we got to do all the water sports we wanted. Sheldon at water sports was a star.

ひとり旅で利用しました。 ご褒美旅ということで、ゆっくり自然を満喫できるホテルを探して、ラサリアを選びました。 結果的に素晴らしい滞在となり、大満足です。 ビーチはあまり泳ぐ雰囲気ではありませんが、広大で真っ白な砂浜を散歩する時間が幸せでした。 プールはいろんな深さがあり、混雑もせず、ビーチベッドも十分な数ありますので、いつでも気軽に遊びに行けました。 アクティビティもたくさんあり、ハイキングやカヤックに参加しました。どれも大満足でしたが、特におすすめは、サンライズハイキングとサファリカヤックです。 スタッフの方も皆とても親切です。 滞在中は日本人に一度も会いませんでした。韓国人と中国人が多いようでした。 ボルネオ島のビーチ、山、川と自然を大満喫できて、おすすめのホテルです。

They need to train their staff better. Our checking was worst. Staff was trying to sell us an upgrade when we didn’t take it we were given the key and ask to go and find our room. In this event they forgot to tell us about the hotel facilities and activities offered. In the morning when we were trying to look for the activities they were either completed, started or full. Basically, we could not participate in any of the activities offered by the hotel which we initially planned to. I ordered a coconut water with coconut meat but the coconut came without the coconut meat and half of the water was spilled. I went to the reception to try to book for diner, we were completely ignored and the lady kept working on her computer acting as she did not see us. We eventually left.

투아란 가든윙오션뷰 숙박 후기
남편 환갑기념으로 가족여행으로 숙박을 했다. 탄중아루와 투아란중 한적한 투아란을 선택했는데 숙박시설은 대만족이긴하나 시내와 거리가 멀어서 좀 불편했다. 조식 뷔폐는 다양한 요리들로 만족스럽지만. 점심과 저녁 호텔내 음식은 비싼편이다. 가든윙에숙박했는데 오션윙이 좀더 한적한듯하다. 직원들은 친절하고 영어로 소통하면 불편함이 없다.

In general staff were friendly but room isn't as expected. For example room amenities e.g. disposal slippers were torn a sign of it had been used before or it's a low quantity product. Otherwise, in general hotel has a great location for a pleasant holiday
