« What a great home. Was perfect for our getaway. Very spacious and well appointed. Our host was exceptional. We are looking forward to booking this property again. »

« Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year! »

« Cute house in an easy commute area to many restaurants, stores, etc. Short drive to beaches, walking trail very near by. House was very clean and most importantly, no bugs! No spiders! It happens I know but it didn't here. A on cleaning. Beds were comfortable and loved having the a/c and TV in both bedrooms. Yard was a bit smaller than we thought but our dog is very small so it was fine for us. Host was at the ready and very responsive, thank you Melissa for sharing your lovely home with us!!...

« We stayed at this home for a quick weekend visit to the area with friends. The house is what you would expect for a cape home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The host was very responsive, and we had no issues. I forgot the post for the house stated the garage appt. was occupied so I was startled in the morning to see a man in the side backyard. « Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. »
