Maison de l'Étang~Oasis en bord de l'eau sur l'Étang du Ministre

Brought to you by the Heart of Cape Cod, this year-round retreat on Minister’s Pond invites you to savor every season—summer paddles and sunporch lounging, autumn hikes and foliage views, winter nights by the fire, and spring mornings with coffee on the deck. With a master suite which includes a private balcony, and a peaceful waterfront setting, it’s a perfect escape for couples or families craving beauty, comfort, and quiet at any time of year.

I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling.

Very central to everything. Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail), Arnolds, Coast Guard and Nauset Light beach, Salt Pond Visitors Center, Eastham Windmill, and First Encounter beach.

Brought to you by the Heart of Cape Cod, The Pond House is a peaceful waterfront retreat overlooking Minister’s Pond — a place where every season feels like a getaway. Whether you’re savoring sun washed summer mornings on the sunporch, watching vibrant fall foliage reflect off the water, enjoying crisp winter walks along quiet trails, or welcoming spring’s first warmth with coffee on the deck, this classic Cape Cod home offers comfort, calm, and connection to nature.

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air as you dine alfresco on the spacious deck, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, or gather around the fire pit beneath a sky full of stars. Kayak or canoe from the shore, stroll around the pond’s edge, or simply relax with the rhythmic sounds of water and wind as your soundtrack. Inside, the warm glow of the gas fireplace and the soft comfort of thoughtfully chosen furnishings create an inviting setting for mornings and evenings alike.

Enjoy slow, sunlit mornings in the bright sunporch — a perfect perch for coffee as the pond shimmers beyond. The retro style kitchen banquet and dining area offer generous space for shared meals, hearty feasts, or lingering conversations. A private office/library provides a quiet nook for reading, journaling, or remote work, while the lively game room adds a playful touch to your stay.

When it’s time to rest, retreat to the master suite with its private balcony overlooking the water. Sink into the oversized tub, then drift into sleep as pond breezes whisper across the glass. With three bedrooms and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a memorable Cape Cod stay.
