« This location verges on magical. Located in a small village in Tuscany, it feels as though you are going back in time as you enter. With a 1000 year old monestary out your front window and a beautiful vineyard out the back, you would be hard pressed to find something more unique. « The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "Todo perfecto!! El servicio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación que da al callejón Via dei Biffi por lo que nuestras mañanas empezaron en una muy apreciada calma. Cuando terminen de desayunar en el último piso, antes de subir al elevador, suban por unas escaleras metálicas de caracol, da a un mirador a los alrededores del hotel. El hotel está a pocos metros de la Catedral de Santa María de Fiori y a dos cuadras de la Galería de la Academia. Definitivamente recomendable si ya es pesado caminar a todos los lugares."
