« La ragazza dell'accoglienza è stata molto carina. L'appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative: situato al nono piano senza aria condizionata e con un piccolo ventilatore. Serranda rotta e con le alte temperature non lo consiglio. Prezzo troppo alto. La posizione comoda per raggiungere l'ippodromo e 20 minuti dal centro. Non ci tornerei. »

« We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again. »

« Alfonso was extremely welcoming and keen to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, We opted for a meal at the hotel on the first night and enjoyed it so much, we had a meal again the following evening which was prepared using fresh produce from the kitchen garden. Room very clean and tidy and would stay again if we came back to the area. »

« The property is in an excellent spot, I have already given feedback to the company. The ac controller batteries were dead, which they addressed and the back was off, it was difficult to understand that only 1 controller was needed to operate both systems. the room was not totally as depicted, the lamp in the corner was unsteady as was the upstair hanging apparatus. Minimal dishtowels and no paper towels. Stairs, not their problem, are a lot and folks should know that in the case of elderly...

« The place is wonderful. It is clean and well kept, and the location is magical. You have a view of Chianti countriside from one window, and historical Abbey from the opposite window. Emanuele was very helpful with everything we needed, he is a wonderful host. »
