« Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers. »

« Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. « It was a great place to stay, just k ow that if you have more than 6 you will be sleeping on couches or air mattresses. The location is prime as far as location to bars and restaurants, but not prime if you plan on going to bed before 3;00am. It may have been an unusual night, but there was a lot of chaos going on out side of the place. It was a bit alarming. But the place was clean and a great space for friends to spread out and catch up. »
