« Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. « It was easy to get to the raceway for a baseball game that we were going to... But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected. »
