The Space:

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Bristol! This charming 2 bed, 1 bath apartment is part of a beautifully converted home, now divided into three private living spaces. Each apartment has its own entrance, ensuring a sense of privacy while being just a short distance from the vibrant downtown area. After a day of exploring the city, you’ll find everything you need to relax and unwind in this well-furnished space.



The apartment is designed with comfort in mind, featuring comfy bedding in both bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and nice toiletries, providing all the essentials to refresh after your adventures. With a fully equipped kitchen, you're ready for any culinary endeavors you wish to embark on. If you prefer a quiet night in, enjoy your favorite shows on the big Smart TV, already logged into Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu.

Bristol is a city that always has something going on, and our home is just down the street from all the events and restaurants you'll find downtown. Enjoy the vibrant local culture, or simply relax in the comfort of your apartment.



Guest Access:

This unit is on the first floor. From the parking area at the back of the house, you'll go to the left of the house. The entrance is on the left side of the house, marked unit #1!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.



Other Things to Note:

The washer is currently out of order. We are waiting on the owners to fix it currently

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, but NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
