« We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again. »

« When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here. »

« The desk clerks were very helpful. The room was clean. Was a little pricey for what you had. Housekeeping was lacking. I stayed for over a month and had to track down room service to empty my trash. Other than that it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.. »

« When booked, it shows free breakfast, at the time of check-in breakfast is not complimentary and need to pay. And wifi was not connected with the details entered. »

« This hotel offered a convenient location, clean rooms and a standard stay for our visit to Dallas. There are minor issues that made me give a 4 instead of a 5 star review. In the shower cubicle, the conditioner and body wash was empty and they didn’t check or replenish it every day. The water pressure was on the low side and on the first day, they replaced the towels but didn’t make the beds. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. »

« The room was clean, old, windows were so dirty that you weren't able to see out them? Homeless surrounded the property! Had to pay to paid your car there! Over all it was quite so it made up for all the other stuff. Oh the breakfast was just okay. »

« My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX. »

« The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

« THEY ARE ACTIVELY IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS BUT IT IS CLEAN. MS SAQUIL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WAS EXTREEMLY HELPFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. THE HALLWAYS SMELL AMAZING!!! THE FREE "BREAKFAST" I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL GREATLY IMPROVE. THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE WHO GETS A LITTLE HOSTILE OVER THE MUFFINS. OVERALL WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. »
