« Cet hébergement n’étais pas insonorisé nous avions l’impression de dormir dehors.. pas de rideaux cachant la lumière du jour réveil à 7h assuré ! Les poils pubiens dans la douche ainsi que l’eau froide et le débit d’eau inexistant.. le tapis de bain était décoloré par la javel et je terminerai par dire que la cigarette à moitié fumé posée sur le meuble de la salle de bain ne nous a pas enchanté non plus! Niveau hygiène zéro. Globalement ce ne fut pas du tout une expérience agréable! »

« The location was excellent. I needed somewhere to break my journey walking along the towpath of the Trent-Mersey canal, and this motel is only a mile north of the canal, at the midway point between the Anderton Boat Lift and the end of the canal at Preston Brook. I don't think I would have been able to complete the walk without its being where it is. Facilities were good (like an Extended Stay property, with a kitchen; bed was comfortable; convenience shop nearby was a bonus. »

« En pleine nuit, l'alarme s'est déclenchée, tout le monde s'est levé puis au bout de 10 mn, ça s'est arrêté, ça s'est reproduit à 7h du matin. Donc nuit stressante. Très mauvaise insonorisation, j'entendais tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre au dessus. »

« Séjour excellent : l'accueil a été parfait et très chaleureux. La chambre est impeccable, très bien équipée et très calme. La maison est très bien décorée, confortable, et le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux, cuisiné sur place avec beaucoup de goût et d'attention. Les environs immédiats sont magnifiques, avec notamment un parc superbe (réserve d'animaux), idéal pour la promenade ou le jogging du matin. « Had a lovely 2 night stay at Compton guesthouse. Clean and comfortable very large room with ensuite bathroom (including a bathtub) lovely victorian building. Didnt see any staff during our stay but this was not an issue as given check in instructions via text message. Short walk to centre with numerous bars and restraunts. Will definitely stay again. »

« A very good stay, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and had natural ventilation, the bed was comfortable. The guest house was close to the centre of Sale and was easy to get to the bars and restaurants. We would recommend staying there and if we come back to Sale we would stay here again »

« Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. »

« Although the booking had a little mix up the owner/manager was excellent. He acted immediately and resolved the issue. The cleaning staff (I wish I had her name to praise) were very polite and did a great job. Would stay again. »

« Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional...
