« I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The place appears to be managed by the Wat Hotel next door but without access to the Wat’s facilities. The walls between the rooms were such that one could plainly hear conversations next door. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing. »

« It’s clean , spacious, warm and neat but hope they add little more value for place for the price we pay. what you bed was very uncomfortable and pillow was very small square size. Blanket was small for two ppl. There was Nescafé machine but can’t use because no capsul available. Wishing to have towel change service everyday . »

The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. « This was my favorite accommodation in Japan. It was very cozy and made me feel home. We had the Sennari room. There were 4 beds in two rooms but we only used two. There was a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink with dishes/soap, washer/dryer, kitchen table, sofa. It was two levels with bedrooms upstairs. We never saw our host. It was self check in with a code. It was located in a great area. We were able to walk to and from the train with our luggage. There were several restaurants and shopping very...
