« アメニティでヘッドブラシがなかった。バスなどの案内について、スタッフごとに内容がちがっていた。連泊なので部屋のそうじをパスしたが、タオルなどの供給がなかった。コーヒーのセットがあるが、ミネラルウオーターの提供がないので、飲みものを買いたくてもホテル内に自販機なし、夜中に近くのコンビニに買いにいきました。節約志向なのはわかるが、客の目線にあわせたサービスをしてほしい。 »
