« Less expensive and budget friendly. Amenities available like Onsen and table tennis. Laudry is also available. Distance is the disadvantage. It's a little far from the city center although still walking distance. »

« Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry. »

« Very friendly and helpful front desk. The tatami room was very clean as was the bathroom and private onsen on the terrace. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were excellent with seamless service. A very nice stay at an excellent hotel in an out of the way village. »

« El personal es muy amable, la parada para el autobús que transporta a las estaciones de ski está justo saliendo del hotel 3 min caminando, te hacen la vida muy cómoda y el desayuno es muy bueno y basto. Sin duda regresaría. »

« The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. »

« Amazing property, onsen, happy hour. Shuttle service however could have more times, frequency, or on demand service. »

« I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle. »

« A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer »

« The host was fantastic, and I truly appreciated their eagerness to serve the guests. Unfortunately, as I was new to the area, I couldn't find any car parking within a 5 km radius due to the ski parking being full. So, I returned and requested a parking space, and to my surprise, they kindly allowed me to keep the car for as long as I needed, even after my hotel check-out. It's important to note how considerate they were, providing a space despite knowing they were short on parking, especially in...

The host was the nicest person ever, going above and beyond to make sure every moment was perfect.
