« The House in Highland was just what we were looking for. It is a large property that is secluded in a wooded lot. We were in town for a family wedding and wanted a property that could comfortably accommodate 5 adults and have room for hosting family guests during the day. « This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend! »

The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back! »
