We had to leave very early the next morning to beat a snowstorm and the very long driveway was already sanded and we felt very safe. « One of the most memorable vacation rentals I have ever had. From booking to, locking ourselves out on accident, to our check out time, the customer service not only was fantastic but felt as though you were visiting a close friend’s home. The stay was wonderful without a single complaint. Karen was an absolute sweetheart and I will definitely be staying here again very soon. « When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. "A mon arrivĂ©e, on m'a dit de partir me chercher un autre hĂŽtel car ExpĂ©dia avait sur-bookĂ© ma chambre. AprĂšs avoir insistĂ©, on m'a donnĂ©e une autre chambre avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais rĂ©servĂ© 2 lits. On m'a alors dit que ma "vraie" chambre serait prĂȘte demain. Le lendemain matin, on m'a dit que ma chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte car il y avait des gens dedans, qui ne voulaient pas partir mais que ce serait rĂ©glĂ© le soir puisque la police viendrait les sortir. Eh bien non, rendu au soir, on me dit encore "ça va aller Ă  demain". Un employĂ© a frappĂ© Ă  ma porte Ă  minuit pour dire que ma "vraie" chambre Ă©tait prĂȘte, 3 jours plus tard dans un sĂ©jour de 7 jours. Ce qui a causĂ© plusieurs inconvĂ©nients. Les attentes Ă  l'accueil Ă©taient toujours trĂšs longues, au moins 20 minutes Ă  attendre aprĂšs l'employĂ© qui priorisait les appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques."
