« The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful. We asked to have fire wood so we could have a small fire and it was there, unfortunately we couldn't have a fire just because we eneded up busier than anticipated with our sons family days at suny oneonta. « It's a good, clean farm house with country style living. We used it for a location to house 4 workers. It had everything you need to cook and be independent. Like any country living you do have bugs, animals, horses, cat, and deer roaming around. If you're into nature and a quite peaceful location this is it! Jereme was very helpful and we would stay again. »
