« Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area. »

« The apartment was great!! Was exactly what we needed for a weekend wedding stay. The town itself was very small . My son was able to do some fishing in the creek/river that was within walking distance. Host was very pleasant and helpful in our communications. Would definitely recommend! »

« This quaint and very comfortable Lakeside House is a fabulous retreat! The house is clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with the essentials. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable. The view is stunning and ever changing with interesting wildlife. We particularly enjoyed using the Kayak(s) and the firepit. The shed had plenty of supplies for aquatic activities and grilling. « Hot tub was very clean, our dog had plenty of room to hang out. The lodge is so cute and has a nice open concept inside. Only cons, the back lights did not work and there are no curtains on the wall of windows. Overall great time »

« The owner was above and beyond excellent! The home was everything we could have imagined! Spotless, comfortable, neat and so clean- I would never look anywhere else to stay if we were in the area again! It was Awesome - »

« Lovely clean apartment with brand new comfortable furnishings and kitchen. Host communication prompt and friendly. Easy on street parking right outside the entrance. One flight of stairs. Would definitely not hesitate to stay again. »

« Peaceful and quiet but wifi is spotty. Overall, the best place we have ever stayed over our 20 years of military overnights. »

« A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!). It was perfect for mellowing out as the sun disappeared over the hills. Daryl was the perfect host - very friendly and helpful. »

« We had a great time staying at the property. We got to fish, see horses, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the house. Our favorite part was the very friendly barn cat Jackie! »
