« The hot tub wasn't working the first night, but our host quickly got someone out to fix it the next day. All of the bedding had a strong perfume smell which we weren't fond of. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. The game room was fantastic though. I also received a message from the host saying that the garage door was open, I didn't have a problem with that, but it was only open for minutes while we were getting everybody into their cars. Overall, I would stay there again. »

« Great stay at a nice property just outside of Ellicottville, plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Pretty nicely updated, hot tub worked great. Some issues with plowing when we arrived (lots of snow left on the driveway) but that was taken care of by the second day. Highly recommend. »

Love the kitchen with all that is required to cook plus a comfortable seating area wrapped in windows for lovely lake views.The neighbors were great, two young men helped me unpack my car.We have stayed in this cottage several times, and we love it. »
