« We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many...

« We had an incredible time! The house is gorgeous, the property is beautiful and peaceful. We all had such a fun time swimming, boating, playing games, sitting at the fire pit and wandering the property. »

« Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again! »
