« Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. « We stayed in the first floor suite with the private bathroom and it was great. The building was built in 1910 so it’s like living in a small apartment in Chelsea a block from Penn Station. It is quiet, clean and has the basic amenities you’ll need. I would suggest bringing extra pillows or towels (we bought some at Macy’s) but the bed was comfortable. A real New York experience for a great value. We would definitely stay again and recommend to travellers who are looking for a good deal to be in...
