« We had an amazing stay. There wasnt one thing we didnt like about this place. It was perfect location to our little get away close enough to ellicotville but in a very quiet area.we had everything provided for us from coffee to games to bath essentials along with totally stocked kitchen. The place was clean and comfortable. We definetly will be back. »

Having two large balconies is very nice and makes hanging out outside pleasant. Don’t be afraid of the parking situation. I do recommend backing down into the driveway so pulling out is easier. « This house was amazing for my bachelorette party of 11 girls! The kitchen was GORGEOUS with the big open windows and woodwork throughout. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect - close to downtown yet very quiet and secluded. The only thing is the master bathroom did not have hot water but other than that it was absolutely perfect with stunning views! »
