« Loved this place! So comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything to make the house truly feel like home. From the welcome basket of goodies upon check-in and the stocked coffee/tea bar and cinnamon rolls for breakfast to the baby gate, toddler bed rail, books, games and toys for all ages - this place truly met all of our needs and provided an enjoyable mini vacation. The hosts are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. »

« This house was awesome. Plenty of space for our group, with all the amenities that were mentioned in the description. Great location to Holiday Valley. It was 5 deg outside and the hot tub was nice and hot! Drive way and parking area was cleared of snow for us too. Note: when snow covered, it does help to have an AWD vehicle to get up the driveway. »

« Great stay at a nice property just outside of Ellicottville, plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Pretty nicely updated, hot tub worked great. Some issues with plowing when we arrived (lots of snow left on the driveway) but that was taken care of by the second day. Highly recommend. »
