« We loved our stay at this chalet! It had everything we needed, was warm, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The kids loved the sleeping loft (they called it their man cave). Views of Holimont are beautiful. The host was communicative and responded to my few questions right away. The perfect winter vacation spot! »

« Excellent communication from the host and smooth easy check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals at the chalet. We took advantage of the nice weather to enjoy evenings on the deck and patio. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you! »

« Had an amazing stay at this private and cozy chalet. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Host was responsive to any questions/issues we had. Perfect getaway, just far enough out of town to be private and serene but close enough to enjoy everything Ellicottville has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. »

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! »

« The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year »

« Place was beautiful, great location, and great hosts! This was the most thoughtfully stocked place. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, game room, and even outside had everything you could need. »

« Three generations were able to comfortably spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together! »
